@dcaseng @RobDev Why do you think people love remastered games. Because it gets back to when GAMES were GAMES. Not the fluff filled bandwagon hipster garbage that gets shoved down our throats. Take CoD for instance that stopped being a game by the second one. BattleField stopped being a great franchise at BF2, that was the last great BF game.
Unfortunately alot of the younger generation does not know this because they were too young to ever get the chance to play them the first time around. If you feed someone only crackers they think that's the greatest meal on the planet but to those of us who've eaten cookies we know crackers (salted or plain) are pretty much stale bread and they suck.
@PS2fweak What happened is they have no real competition so it's free reign to do as they please because they know people will still buy it even though it's garbage.

@EasyComeEasyGo E.T. wasn't the only thing that brought about the game crash but it was a very BIG nail in the coffin. That's why it takes alot of the blame. The game crash was brought around because of bad economics and management in the industry.
