@danabo @Zevvion @willjohnboy stop your small talk and grow up. Flame wars is so two generations ago, I used to partake in that back 8 and 9 years ago when the agruments were fun before all the good flamebaiters were banned, but life is to short and I moved on and so should you.

Kevin thanks for the great preview. I am looking forward to this game as it reminds me of Dishonered which was one of my GOTY games last year. It has thick atmosphere and the gameplay seems interesting enough. This isn't the first preview in which AI was mentioned as a problem. Hopefully the developers realize its a concern by now and can focus on it over the next four months. I am looking forward to this game hope it turns out well.

Not that I feel threaten people is right, however, it seems now adays developers have become to big for their breeches. Pouring fuel on the fire and calling out your own fanbase that lays down $60 for your piece of crap game every year will only lead to more rage. Like it or not the customer is always right and in this case nerfing weapons on a game going on a year old now is uncalled for. It was a terrible decision and rage inducing to many.

I would like to say that this new DMC is pretty good. Now with that said I went in with low expectations as I was a little miffed at Capcom for rebooting, but honestly its pretty good.

This is coming from a true fan of this genre. I really enjoyed DMC 1 & 3. DMC 2 was terrible and DMC 4 is a letdown that left a bitter taste in my mouth. Ninja Gaiden 1 & 2 will pretty good, but three was a big letdown on almost every way. I have enjoyed all the God of War games and really adored Bayonetta's moves and attitude. So I am a fan of these hack and slash games that have quality.

I realize there is alot of backlash for this new DMC, but its a quality title unlike that awful Ninja Gaiden 3 from just a few months ago. I believe if your a fan of these type of games and give it anhonest shot, then I can't see how a gamer who likes these games wouldn't respect the effort to modernize DMC. Even if its not the game some were wanting there is nothing that can be done as complaining over and over just makes things worse. Capcom wanted to reboot and they did, at least it didn't turn out like Bionic Commando.

Totally agree Kevin, that in the end it turned out to be the year of the RPG and starting off, who would have thunk it, especially when big name shooters like Killzone, Gears, Resistance, and Halo were slated for offerings, but it was the single player experience that preveiled and if this didn't prove that tacked on multiplayer is not needed for every game (I am looking at you Dead Space 2 and the forthcoming ME3) then I don't know what would.

I believe the posters on here that said Jun is alive are right. I also believe he survived Reach and maybe a few others we have not met yet. It is interesting that the back side narrative on Anniversary says that John is believed to be one of the last surviving members of the Spartans. I read that as inconclusive. If John was the last Spartan, it would say that, but instead it says he is one of the last. I think we will see other Spartans in the new story arc.

I think E3 is almost done, I just read an interview with Id's Tim Willitis and Todd Hollensted. They said their space (room) to show off their engine, cost 10 times then previous E3's for them and ESA is charging them annual dues 4 times previously. Thats a damn ripoff, I loved E3 before, but this isn't cost trimming to the participates. Wasn't that why it changed?
