Best Villains: Sephiroth (FFVII), Albert Wesker (RE Series), and also Jill Valentine in RE5 - doing that mission on Professional easily takes over 20 minutes sometimes Worst Villain: General Raam (Gears1) - don't get me the wrong the guy kicks ass, but I can kill him on Insane now with 12 Torque Bow Bullets and 4 Sniper Shots, hardly a difficult boss. And Vader in TFU2 sucked as well
