I can't wait, I'm already excited about this game. It's too bad some people let 5 minutes of the game they don't like turn them off from the 120+ other hours...but Bioware definitely has a lot they could draw from. It'd be awesome to fight the First Contact War, perhaps from both sides. Or the Rachni War, stomping out bugs on toxic worlds. Or maybe the Geth War, if only to see unmasked Quarians. Or it could be a sequel to ME3; after all, in the extended endings, Admiral Hackett says that the mass relays are "badly damaged," which is video game-speak for "easily repairable." So the series could continue in that way. Sorry for the long post, I just get really excited about the Mass Effect series.

@Falzonn @Daniel1776 @offspring94 Ultimately I'm trusting that the developer would be able to do it correctly if they put in the time and effort. If it ended up being just another war game I probably wouldn't bother with it, but I'm genuinely intrigued by the prospect of a game that manages to capture the brutality and horror of war, along with the brotherhood aspects and all that, in a way that's designed to let the player make the judgment call on the soldiers' actions.

@offspring94 Actually, I would agree that telling a compelling story is what matters most in a video game. As a matter of fact, I would play a game involving the columbine massacre if it was done well and in a way that truly captured the horror of that event. Same with Six Days in Fallujah. I think you're the one being an idiot here.
