Just to let you know, there is bonus stars in party mode and other modes. Just not in story mode.

Hey guys, just got Mario party ds today and so far I am completely satisfied with it. Here is my quick review:

Gameplay: Gameplay is that of a full-blown mario party game. Everything that I could wish for is there, with the exception of bonus stars, which still might be available at some point. There are items, duels, and extremely inovative mini-games. All the mini-games I've played so far are terrific and make great use of the touch screen as well as buttons.

Graphics: The graphics are great. The boards and characters look great and there a few mini-games in which the scenery is just amazingly detailed. There are a few ugly textures on some of the boards, but it didn't bother me in the least.

Sound: A standard mario party soundtrack with some catchy tunes and standard mario character shout outs.

Value: I think this game is going to last me a LONG time. There are so many modes including story mode, party mode, puzzle mode, and mini-game mode. So far I've only checked out story mode mostly but I'm sure the others are great.

One thing that I was really happy about was that the computer players aren't as dumb as I thought they'd be! On hard difficulty you'll get beat a lot of the time and there is even expert difficulty to unlock!

I strongly suggest this game if you are a fan of mario party of if you just have a DS!

I haven't really played many other zelda games except for PH but I have to say that LoZ:PH is a very very good game. Even if you might not enjoy it as much as the Legend of Zelda: Collection Addition it will deffinitely be worth your while. It shows what the DS is truely capable of when making a zelda game. Even though it isn't as challenging as some of the other zelda games it still has excellent game play and a lot of tricky puzzles to solve. Unlike most people, I played this game about a total of 35 hours (and still playing!). 15 hours for the main quest, 10 hours for all the side quests, 5 hours for my second save, and 5 hours for multiplayer. I strongly suggest you get it.

I personally think it would make a very good game. Tennis with touch screen controls would be very cool. The top screen could be one side of the court and the bottom could be the other. If the graphics are at least as good as Mario Hoops but with superior gameplay somewhat similar to Mario Tennis on the N64, it would make an awesome game. This along with a good modern first person shooter are on my top list of wanted games.

It's never too late to start playing zelda! Anyway, I strongly recommend it because it is one of the best DS games out there. It has some of the most fun single-player on the DS and has outstanding visuals and controls that show off the true power of the DS. It's even more favorable by you because it is supposed to be a little easier then other zelda games so you won't find it impossibly difficult. I have it and I love it, you should get it.

Hi,

In Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass I just saw that guy who dresses like me and traded in my New heroes clothes for a telescope. From what I've seen, neeither of these do anything. Can they used at all or are they just for show?
