I believe it is 100% still worth a purchase. It is by far the best 3D platformer on the DS. If you have played any previous versions, then it still may be worth a purchase because it also has a versus mode, mini-game mode, 30 extra stars, and upgraded graphics. If you have never played any version of it before, then you are now playing one of a remake of one of the best platformers for the first time. The controls can make the game a little frustrating, but I personally never had a problem with it.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for the update. I was a big fan of Mario Kart DS and am glad they are going to put some of those tracks in this game.

School is generally quite busy so usually for like 50 minutes on 2 days of the 5 school days. On weekends, like an hour and a half 2 of the 3 days.

Hi,

I've been wondering what are the true capabilities of the wii remote. The wii games I have already have me quite puzzled. For instance in wii sports, there are some sports that seem to do a good job of detecting the remote in 3D space (boxing, baseball), and some seem very erratic and somewhat limited (golf, bowling). I am really confused on what it means by the wii remote being able to detect where it is in 3D space. Does this mean where the remote is pointed? where the remote is tilted? Have there been any games that have really used the true potential of the wii remote without being erratic?

Thanks in advance.

...is there an option to turn down/ turn off the gore in the game. It seems like an awesome game but it I find the gore really disquesting. The only way I would consider buying it is if there is this option.

Thanks in advance.

It only takes about 10-15 hours to get the 60 stars that it takes to complete the game. I found it a real joy to go in and collect every single star which took me about 40 hours.

My total time probably added up to 50 hours. I decided to play through it again and,to my surprise, the levels were just so fun that they were still a blast the second time through.

I thought it was a considerably long game and a ton of fun. Buy it if you haven't already! :)

The N64 had anti-aliasing. The Gamecube had anti-aliasing. Of course the Wii has it. The only systems that didn't have it were the PS1, Sega Saturn, GBA and Nintendo DS.LordelX

Well, just so you know the DS does have anti-aliasing and implements it on mosts of its 3D games.

On topic: Thanks for the replies, I guess it was just the developers' idea to not implement anti-aliasing.

Anti-aliasing is a graphics technique that lowers the "jagginess" that screens, being made up of pixels, tend to make. Is it just me or do SMG and LoZ:TP not implement anti-aliasing? If so, how is it that the wii is capable of implementing anti-aliasing yet two of the best games on the wii do not implement it?

Hi,

I recently purchased a wii and have noticed that in the two games I got (SMG and LoZ:TP) there was no anti-aliasing applied to the polygons. It is not very noticeable but I was just wondering because it would be shocking for this to be true.

Hi,

I am thinking about getting pokemon diamond for my birthday. On one hand, I know nothing about the pokemon series and have not played a single game or watched a single episode. On the other hand, I think I would enjoy it because I like similar RPGs. I was wondering if I would still like it despite this if I am just looking for a high-quality and lengthy RPG.

All replies are appreciated.
