Anyone know whether Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker is planned on coming stateside?  I am not a fan of the Pokemon series, which this game supposedly plays like, but I might be swayed by this type of game if it has an involving story in the DQ universe. 

I am always looking for something new on my DS.  I always have some free time going up and down the subways in NYC everyday and i have already completed FF III and am currently making my way through Yoshi's Island II.  Regardless, I was just wondering if anyone knows the news.  I know the game came out in Japan already, which doesn't make me feel so comfortable about a US release if info is yet to come out to my knowledge. 

Chrono Cross is worth putting down the current gen games for.  It is an engrossing adventure that is one of my favorites, second to only FFVIII.  The music is absolutely amazing, I still listen to it while walking through the city streets.  Anyways, the art is great, the character designs are original and the story is incredibly interesting, especially when one is able to pull some of the Chrono Trigger tie-ins. 

I feel that there is no reason to not play this game.  I played it for a third time only a year ago.  Only 1 of 3 games I have ever picked up again after finishing it the first time.  It also gives one the incentive to play it multiple times by making one have additional statistical bonuses the second and third times through.  Because of the different endings, one can play the game entirely different ways to try and unlock these features....making it that much better. 

This is a must play game if one has yet to play it.
