I use a tray table for my keyboard and mouse. As far as mobility, I paid extra to have my recliner swivel. However, I've found myself in the portable realm (Switch, Vita), most often these days. So I haven't been playing my PC as much. When I do play on my PC, I'm usually leaning forward on the edge of my seat.
