I use a Segway as my form of transportation of choice, and apparently this is horrible enough that a lot of people hate me for doing it.

I try not to let what people think of me bother me, but it's kind of hard when somebody creates a facebook group saying they hate you and would like to hurt you and destroy your property and about 300 people join in the 36 hours before it's shut down...

What happens next is anybody's guess, but it is a perfect season finale. They have been lost physically, and now they are all lost emotionally as well. Season 4 can't come soon enough. They lived together, but in the end, will they die alone?

Once you get that HDTV, pick up the HD DVD player and a copy of the BBC series "Planet Earth", it's awesome.

The Joost P2P internet television service is greatly expanding their beta, and current beta users are apparently allowed unlimited invites. If anybody is in the beta, I would really appreciate an invite to try this out. Send me a message with the info, if anyone is willing and able to help me get my geek on.

I've got the HD DVD add on, and I say go for it. The picture quality is amazing. I've only got a 26 in. HDTV, but the difference between SD and HD is certainly there. It's great.
As for the Blu-Ray vs. HD DVD thing, don't worry about it. HD DVD is FAR from dead. Case in point: Happy Feet was just released on both formats, and the HD DVD version is actually outselling the Blu Ray one. If you pick up the HD DVD drive, the first movies you should get are The Departed and Children of Men, they both look stunning in HD.

I've got my 360 in a less-than-optimal cooling location, so installed the intercooler about six months ago. Never had any problems, and the 360 runs considerably cooler. I'm not sure I exactly buy the argument that it sucks away so much power as to cause hardware failure. According to the lables on the fans themselves inside the intercooler, they take up about 2.5 watts each. Am I supposed to believe that the 360 power supply is so inflexible that it can't handle a 7.5 watt surge? Keep in mind that the 360 itslef can require about 200 watts, hence the monster of a power brick.

I picked it up recently, along with Doom and The Departed, and I am extremely impressed. I've got a 26 inch CRT HDTV, and the picture quality is stunning, much better then regular DVD. Does anyone else have the add-on, and if so, what do you think? What are some good HD DVDs to pick up that really show it off? I traded in a couple of games for it and got it for about $140, a sweet deal. The way Blu-Ray is picking up, though, I've basically resigned myself to the fact that if I want access to every studio's collection, I'll have to get a Blu Ray player someday too. But I'm guessing that HD DVD will have at least a year or two before the studios realize they can sell more by going neutral, or HD DVD is obliterated entirely.

Yes, the Wii does get kinda warm in standby mode, but it doesn't appear to be an issue. If it were, there's nothing to stop Nintendo from releaseing a firmware upgrade that would, say, turn the fan on for like five minutes an hour, it's quiet enough not to notice.
