Yes we can import but that's not the point. We've fought long & hard for an R rating so that Adult gamers can finally be treated like Adults instead of children in constant need of government monitoring. Now that we have an R rating they're still banning games for pathetic & arbitrary reasons. We can now legally & graphically tear people in half & throw body parts & intestines around on Mortal Kombat but god forbid if someone tries to make a game with an anal probe gun which no one can see either going into or out of someone's arse. Apple "get" digital pricing? You're seriously saying this about a company that charges the same amount for an e-book that it's paperback counterpart sells for? It's the developers that set the pricing for apps, not Apple. How else do you think that Square Enix can get away with selling Final Fantasy III for $15?
Ubisoft did a game about the Muslim faith (don't remember suicide bombers & throwing acid in young girls faces when they reject your advances, but whatever), the Renaissance & the American revolution?
