"But Halo and Halo 2 was not jaw dropping so it doesn't come as a surprise at all." Thats no excuse when this game is running on completely new hardware unlike Halo 2.
I agree with Lime 05 by the way. He is absolutely right about how screwed up companies are about ported games, a fine example being the spew of schiiiitttttttt that came out of Ubisoft which they call the PC version of Resident Evil 4.
Well I could not be **** with Halo 2 after all this time. Also can people stop ratting off about Vista because the things your saying is sort of indifcating that you are talking out of your ass. Look up what Vista supports and wat it can do, then think very hard (which may be strenous for maybe cuellarfear) then go look at what kind of tech is coming out in the near and distant future, and WALLAH you will se why its actually not something you buy cause ur a "freak". In fact you would be stupid not to buy it in about 1 year which is probably how long you will have to wait before it will be useful. Maybe less.
I agree with HL2 ep2 and Bioshock, there both looking there gonna top the list for best game of 07. However if MGS4 makes it to the table in 07 then there gonna have stiff but not overwhelming competition. Holy **** yeah and Crysis? Stalker? Where are these titles. Assassins creed? GS editors ur all a bit lame, I mean Zelda for DS? All those games I just mentioned will pwn that so badly.
1. Deus Ex 2. Command Keen 3. Hitman Series/Splinter Cell Series (I know there different) 4. Half-Life 1,2 5. Doom 1. That cyber punk game was probably the most enjoyable game I ever played when it came out. That changed the way I thought about stories in games, and how they could be put together in a really amazing atmosphere. 2. Well Command Keen was like my childhood friend alongside Doom. I used to play those games with my next door neighbor all the time. My first taste of gameing as a lad. 3. The fact that your an assassin with a barcode on the back of your head is cool enough, but to be able to sneak into a building and assassinate some person completly silently with piano wire is even cooler. 4. Well the usual cliche but the fact is no matter what people say this game did change them. 5. Haha Doom my other childhood friend which I played with my next door Neighbor friend. Playing this game was fantastic when I was a kid and it got me into FPS and out of Command Keen.
