How many times in movies, books, or games has someones sister been kidnapped? And how many times has the term 'Dark Brotherhood' been used in entertainment. If anything Fable and Oblivion copied other forms of media. Thos two "facts" are so vague.
Thwe whole point of this conversation basicaly comes down to this. Why pay so much money for a system if your going to play a game that you could have purchased a cheaper, older system for? It kinda makes you slap your head and say, "well, thats just silly." Personally I wouldnt do it but hey to those that do, Im glad you had money to throw away on it. I wish I did but Im piss broke, lol.
The problem isnt the games themselves its the cognition (thinking) of the person playing these games. All of us here have played a shooting game before and know that it is not real and that the real world does not work the same as a video game. The problem with the types of people, like the one during the shooting today, is that their reality becomes distorted and many times the game world and the real world become one in teh same. One thing people should start looking at is not that these games are causing people to shoot others but they can be seen as warning signs. What I mean is if a person starts to change tehir demeanor on how they play the game. They become overally agressive, some of the things they say become eratic, they begin to phase out of reality and truly live in the game. These can all be used as warning signs of possible danger, Im not saying someone acting this way is going to go shoot someone but there are instances when you can tell something isnt right.
Damn that Budgie corporation.......wait a minute thats why there are so many bugs in the beta. Bungie has been dissolved and they are now budgie....the low budget bungie corporation. Everyone needs to stop worrying about a Beta version of a game. You know that it will be better and the point of a beta release is to find and fix the bugs.
Generally it means that a plug was loose. Check out the back make sure everything is snug and keep on trucking. The only time you should have to turn it in is if you get teh three red lights of death.
I saw the movie the other night with my girlfriend and before I could even mention the the huge 360 logo she pointed it out. T-Rex talk then ensued....lol
