Christmas 1997, my parents hid an N64 plugged in with Diddy Kong Racing ready to go, and Super Mario 64 sitting nicely in its box beside it. My brother and I were ecstatic, and played Diddy Kong Racing for hours. Super Mario 64 followed soon after, and I've never looked back.
@chieflion Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, literally the only reason I got into Sonic. The one with the Chaos (little blue dudes you could raise). They should try making another Sonic game with similar style, agreed...
And to think, I was still in the middle of high school when this was announced, and more likely than not, I'll have graduated from college before we even see more footage of the game. What the hell?
@Masterchief5525 @Cheddarchet As much as I love Nintendo, I sort of agree. Mind you, I get why they have it at that price. Selling at any sort of loss is not the sort of place a company wants to be in, especially considering the mantra Nintendo's followed for years. That said, 32 GB is a fairly small amount of space, isn't it? I'd be lying if I said I was an expert, but I remember filling up the 20 GB 360 we had in the house pretty quick. Considering that 32 GB is the cap right now, I can't help but hope that they might release a slightly more spacious version sometime in the future. In the meantime, even if it is a little expensive, getting a game along with the system is never a bad thing in my book.
Could also just be the fact that the 32GB model is a much better deal... Regardless, games are a huge issue for the Wii-U at the moment. It'll be interesting to see where the Wii-U sales' plateau post-holiday season for this year. With several new titles under its belt, here's hoping it does well.
Considering the number of 3DS titles alright available and still coming, don't really see a problem with this. Wonder if it added much time to the development cycle though...?
