The proper shoe sizing method is to weigh a month's worth of facial hair growth to determine the degree of a man (i.e. shoe size) you are. You must then be forced to wear the corresponding shoe. If your feet are rebellious, and perhaps unnaturally large for how feminine you actually are, the cobbler must bash your feet and/or toes into a shape more adequate for your shoe size.
Brown tone works best, but you really need to work on the facial definition. The render's face is pretty flat. I'd recommend sharpening, and blurring more, as well as putting in some more specific light deviations.
