@360ru13r: It's roughly equivilent to a Geforce 940. This isn't really a gaming laptop, and if that's your goal then you can get a machine that would be faster for that purpose for much cheaper. However, as a productivity laptop/tablet hybrid this is a pretty bad-ass machine and the optional discrete graphics card is just unexpected icing on the cake. It's pretty impressive that they managed to cram something like that into something that's essentially the size of a large iPad.
Meh, it's a little bit annoying but in retrospect I've spent equal amounts of time downloading from the site versus from the tool. They are both so easy I never really thought about it. That's not true of every similar tool, as some of them annoy me to the point that I avoid using them as much as possible. This one has always been quick and easy, so I'm not really put out. However, I'd like to be able to keep backups of the redistributable packages. Internet connections are fast enough that re-downloading the package from every computer in the house isn't really a big deal for most, but I'd like to have the option of archiving/distributing the drivers to all my machines manually like I could with the web package.
I wasn't terribly interested in this until I found out Paul Feig was directing. He hasn't done a ton of movies (but Bridesmaids was one of them), but he has a very solid TV show record.
