@Snakepond1 There was once upon a time where I thought Dark Souls was one of the best games of all time. My friend on the other hand, hated the game and thought it was trash. Since he didn't have the same opinion as me we executed him in front of the city, because since I am the main source of game reviews, he can only think of it slightly worse than myself, not have a completely different opinion.

I love how people are treating this like some AAA launch title. It's made by fans, they don't have endless money being tossed at them from the likes of EA and such.

Gears of War is what made me buy an xbox. It just sickens me how terrible Epic has gotten and how they even have people standing behind them at this point. They release a half finished game with only 4 maps. Granted they gave you one for free, the first GoW had 10 at launch, and then gave you 2 maps for free later. Not to mention they didn't even expect to have multiplayer in the game in the first place. Epic had another dev work on most of the game, so this sorry excuse is pathetic. Funny thing is their game is still incredibly broken, and one of the worst matchmaking systems I have seen in such a long time. Parties of 5 playing 5 randoms. Fucking pathetic.

@sammoth Lol are you kidding me? The first gears had 10 maps, not to mention that the multiplayer was tacked on last minute. You are the sole reason these devs are getting away with this bullshit.

Also if you want it to have a higher score just go read IGN's review. They gave it an 8.2.

I agree 100% Randy Pitchford is the main reason I love Gearbox, one of the only game companies I can say that about. Watch any interview with the guy. He literally stops answering a question to talk about something cool that just happened in the game being demoed. He gets excited about video games just as we all do, and he actually gives a **** and listens to fans. Borderlands 2 was one of the best sequels of all time. They took an incredible unique game and made it even better and still support it highly. When is the last time you have played a game that isn't a copy or reboot, and also a better sequel to the game?

This is why I don't trust people who don't play video games.
