Aisha Tyler is hilarious. She used to host "The Soup" before McHale and she used to crack me up all the time. She is hot but she also has a great sense of humor which is rare.

Download only is the dumbest idea ever. Worse than game systems banning used games. Lot of gamers have +50 games and some of these games are +50 GB. It would fill up the hard drive way too quickly. And what about gifts? And parents want to get games for their kids? They don't know how it would work out. Simpler to just get retail disc.

@accesdenied

The launch system was much larger, looks worse than slim, prone to ylod, came with terrible sixaxis controller, used a ton of electricity, ran very hot, sounded like a chopper, doesn't do dolby truHD & DTS-HS Master Audio, less GB hard drive and cost +$600.... I would never trade a slim for all those problems. Backward compatibility and linux isn't worth all those problems. You would have to be insane to trade a slim for the ps3 launch system.

I am not surprised by this and I don't care either way. Sony comes out with new system every about 7 years. "2006-2013"? And the ps2 had 10 year life cycle and Sony will try to do it for ps3 for couple more years. If it comes out in 2013, it is fine with me because I always wait like 2 or 3 years after launch to lower the ridiculous launch price, get the bugs out of launch systems and build up a large good selection of games.

I am a fan of both tekken and street fighter but a couple things really turned me off about this game. First was the gems. A fighting game should never have these little cheats or tweaks that give one a bigger advantage. That isn't fighting. That is simply cheating. The second thing that turned me off was the DLC. The third thing was all this tag fighting. I prefer one on one.

Even though I do purchase used games more often than not, I have to say that Namco is doing the right thing in battling the used game industry. Free DLC will entice me to purchase it new rather than buy a used game. Hopefully, they don't just give those 4 free dlc characters and charge for many others.

@HelterSeltzer

I don't think the DLC is a pre-order incentive. It is just a way to entice customers to purchase new retail game rather than a used game.... The new retail game will come with free DLC (4 characters?) and the used game won't have those characters.
