I find it funny that in 2012 homosexuals throw terms such as biggots and homophobics. You want to be accepted and not called names for your gender preference, which I can care less about as long as you dont bother me, but you call those that dont accept you hateful names.

@Loucetios did you read the article?? It mentions that they are offering free credit monitoring. But it also mentions that this is NOT going to protect you a year from now when the free monitoring ends. Credit card theft is not a joke and CERTAINLY not a place to bring fanboy crap in. I am actually stunned that there are so many that are willing to protect Sony who has obviously thought your personal information was not worth anything more than a few games and some crap movie rentals. Having had my wallet stolen and identity theft against me, I can say that this is a VERY long and arduous process to get your life back to what it was and 10 years later, I am still suffering from it. So stop sucking to Sony. It is not about the damn console. Get out of mommy's basement and realize there is a bigger world than whose joystick your grabbing.

There are alot of fanboys on this page but let me say this...the fall out from this has only just begun. Hackers dont even need to have credit cards. They just need your information to apply for cards and use your identity in other places. They dont expect to get credit card information but information to get credit cards. Leave your fanboy at the door, and use some common sense.

I own all three platforms and a fourth if you count PC/Mac. I am scared for what has happened with Sony and the security breach. Sony has not taken this seriously enough with the people affected, the customer! And I hear they yet again were caught napping because the password recovery feature is being abused by the hackers who have our PSN info. Sony needs to reboot the entire network and give us the warm and fuzzy feeling. I wont buy another Sony product because of their lack of attention to what matters, its customer.

I got it on launch day and waited my standard day to see if a patch comes out. Looks like I need to wait another. Tried to run it with an AMD 4800 on an i7 with 8 gig of Tri-Channel and it would not run unless I set it to Windowed. That is not very cool. Supposedly AMD is fixing this issue in a driver update but it makes me wish I was back in my standard...Nvidia. But after reading this, looks like they both have problems. If it were not 3k for a decent build of an Alienware...
