Gunplay's rubbish, but flying around the island in various vehicles and admiring the BEST environment graphics on the 360 make it worth at least a rent

Could this game be done on DVD-9? Absolutely, without noticeable quality difference.

It's all in how it's compressed.

Does Blu-ray make it cheaper/easier for developers? Absolutely. But I don't care about that, since I'm not a developer.
