A game revolving around the Boss (the Joy) would kick arse.

Fighting alongside the Cobra Unit, going on tons of missions (including the once where she has to kill the Sorrow), and finally battling Naked Snake.

Course I also like the ideas of playing as Raiden post-MGS2 and pre-MGS4, and playing as Gray Fox back in Foxhound. :P
