You know, there's already something that plays downloaded PSP games, can play UMDs, and has pretty good PSP controls.

It's called a PSP.

360 gave up Bioshock. PS3 Gave up FFXIII. Sucks to realize it, but 3rd parties don't make half as much with exclusive games. PS3 still has a crapload on the slate, and I bet by this time next year PS3 will have at least as many exclusives, probably more (technically, a game released on 360 and PC is NOT exclusive, so that pretty much takes away everything 360 has).
