that depends on the school or district that you attend.  Most schools would mark it as an A, while a few would mark it as  95%.

Penryn might require a new chipset, not new socket. Altho that is something that is still up in the air, that people arent too sure on. It was under speculation that it would just be a new chipset tho. The chipset, you cant flash in. Penryn is different then Conroe (faster/better, more features - DDR3, PCIE2.0), but still using Core Architecture.

Yeah ! This is Microsoft's new SKU for the higher paying consumer.  But one question for you Arley, I agree with what you say.  I heard that the Elite will eventually become white.  It just be a white 120gb, HDMI equipted 360 or will black be the Elite forever.
