Science. However, I am open to the possibility of something greater than us. I just don't think any religion knows what it is.

I believe that I've had enough religion talk for one day, but since that isn't a choice, I'll go with God.

I believe there is a God...but that is all. I am no bound to a single religion..just the existace of a God...probably because all the religion books are full of obvious bs.

Thats not really a belief in Science though. Thats a belief in something a Science Fiction Author wrote in the 50's.

Is it not possible to believe in both? I believe in God in that I can't except that the world was created by accident. I also believe in science for obvious reasons. I believe in both because I believe God gave us the resourcefulness to create things like medicine through science so that we could help ourselves.

Meh, I'm not that familiar with it myself. I do think that science can be used as a belief. There are those who believe in evolution rather than creationism, what happens after we die, blah, blah, blah.

And millions of people believed it to be true. I bet the guy woke up, saw the fans...or followers and went like "WTF is this".

I'm not disputing the fact there has to be a certain belief system when dealing with science. Considering most of the biggest "breakthroughs" in science are theories there is always going to be a "believe that" don't "believe that" situation when other opposing theories arise. But an actual belief on a religious scale? Probably not.

There is no way i can explain it to you in one post. But suffice it so say, unless you are one of those nut-job extremists, the two are in no way mutually exclusive. The Catholic religion has already accepted evolution. As most of us see it, Our religions tell the story of what god did and why he did it, and science tells us how.

Why would he? Did human kind do anything to deserve his holiness? All we do is wage war against one another...even now.
