Voting for him simply for the Supreme Court. Don't want far right justices.

Ring_of_fire

Who says they have to be far right?

Would you rather have far lefts justices?

I would prefer an impartial justice, someone in between.

I'd rather have a balanced court. If I republican would be president, and a liberal justice retires, the conservatives would likely pick up another seat. Just how it is.

To answer the question, yes. Obama has done a a decent job, better than what most people would give him credit for. Doesn't help that the potential GOP candidates scare me away.

Conservative justices would be nice, at least ones who are not anchored to a certain party, but would go what is best for the people, but when is that ever going to happen?

[QUOTE="00-Riddick-00"]Why do people have a problem with Israel taking over land? Plenty of other countries have done it.. With little to no outcry from the public.. I guess the popular thing is to hate Jews :|_R34LiTY_

Some people see Israel as a country that cries a lot with it's "woe is me!!/what about us!?" attitude(so to speak) while being the big bad wolf itself, especially towards Palestine.

I can see where your coming from, but would you want the U.S. surrounded by people who want to kill ALL of us?

Israel's situation really does kind of suck.

Give back land and follow the law, might result in another war.

Not giving it back, might result in isolation from their allies.

[QUOTE="All-Madden09"]What about his constant bail-outs of huge companies, he needs to realize that with buisinesses that large, they would probably

need to be bailed out every week. Luckily that's not the case anymore though.GreySeal9

I don't consider the bailouts mistakes. I think most of them needed to happen. The GM bailout seemed to help them get back on their feet and the administration is planning of playing this up in states like Michigan and Ohio.

I never believe any canididates promises at all. Those are just media grabbers. Every single president has promised things,

but has fallen short. Particularly the democratic party.

All-Madden09

Because political reality sets in.

But do you have any evidence to back up your assertion about the Democrats? How have they fallen any shorter than Republicans?

Because almost every single democrat promises "change" and sometimes that change is unwanted by the people. Such as the first version of Obama Care.

Im not going to post which presidents were blind mindless robots because i would get attacked. But ill give you a hint of the biggest guy... His name is related to aancient plant in my front yard.

Obama has a heart. Dont get blinded by the misleading of fuax news. The unfair and way unbalanced

imetamonster

Maybe so, but sometimes he can seem like he is only looking out for himself, and trying to impress

the media. Not help others. LOL, why does everyone take a shot a Bush? It's not his fault he had

to deal with 9/11 during his term. After 9/11 his decision making began to falter.

[QUOTE="DroidPhysX"] So John McCain was the best option. Lol noGreySeal9

Every person has their flaws, but I think he would have done a better job than trying to shove his opinions down our throat.

LOL, what does that even mean?

McCain had way more flaws than Obama and that was part of the reason he lost. He was erratic, immature for such an old person, lacked the ability to be civil in debates and had poor enough judgment to pick Palin as VP.

I mean, this is the man that freaked out during the finanical crisis and "suspended his campaign" to "save the economy" only to get to Washington and basically do nothing. He looked like a joke and Obama looked cool-headed and mature in comparison.

I will give you that. Both potential candidates sucked. McCain cracks under pressure, while Obama keeps a cool head.

Obama is very intelligent, but can be a idiot in some situations.

Absolutely.

While his administration has often been **** at communication and complacent, I think that he has done a good job overall. I think that he has often been the "adult" and I liked his performance on the tax compromise and Bin Laden and I was never excepting a public option in the healthcare bill.

Also, IMO (and most economist's opinion), the stimulus needed to happen, so I don't mind that he increased the deficit. The foundation of the growing defecits was all ready there and he added to it in an arguable emergency situation.

I don't care that some of his campaign promises have been unanswered (though he has actually fulfilled more of his promises than not). Anybody who takes campaign promises seriously deserves to be dissapointed IMO.

Hell no. I didn't vote for him the first time. Unlike most Americans, I don't like being spoonfeed my info and actually reasearched the candidates instead of just listening to the words they spewed during their run. I knew Obama winning was a mistake before he won. Why? Because I researched his background and realized just how cooked he really was. If he wins a second time, I will officially consider the United States to be the dumbest country in the world.

he has my vote.

imetamonster

Yes a human, humans make mistakes, but he sure makes a lot.

And which previous presidents were "blind-mindless robots"?

I didn't vote for him the first time. Who are the other parties besides the two prominent ones running?LJS9502_basic

A few independent people.

The general question is, based on all he has done, would you vote for him, or

if you are underage would you?
