The last lines from from paragraphs 7 and 8 respectively:

"Claptrap can also play the role of team support by unloading points into an ability that adds a bonus to weapon damage and reload speed, as well as create a healing aura around downed enemies."

"Claptrap can play the role of team support by unloading points into an ability that adds a bonus to weapon damage and reload speed, as well as create a healing aura around killed enemies."

Did the editor for Gamespot quit or something? I've been coming to the site for years now, but lately I find a basic typo like this every day I visit. While I'd rather not, I'm about to go somewhere else for my gaming news.

Eloquently written, but... What's the gameplay like? How do the planes fly? Is there more than one? Is it more flight sim or arcade?

Hinduism is the third largest religion in the world. Roping their deities in with various mythologies is a little tasteless.

@EternalDecay @Aaleyada :D Yeah, I'm probably coming off as an ass. The points were conveyed and that's what matters. It's just the writer/elitist in me acting up again.

The flow of this article could really use some work bro. The paragraphs could be rearranged in any order and no one would be able to tell the difference. Longer paragraphs that reference previous ones could go a long way toward the article reading as a cohesive whole rather than a series of bullet points. Just my two cents, take it for what it's worth.

You know, when you realize how few women there are making these games, (11.5% as of 2005, couldn't find a more recent report. http://articles.chicagotribune.com/2010-08-05/business/sc-biz-0806-women-gamers-20100805_1_international-game-developers-association-game-development-gaming-world) I think this argument comes off as a lot less discriminatory and gains far more perspective. The hardcore male-gamer demographic is primarily responsible for the games that exist today. People are going to make a game about what they can get passionate about, and what can make them money. They are far less inclined to take their financial and professional success and put it at risk just to make some political statement about a cause that doesn't concern 88.5% of them.

I'm not suggesting it's alright for women to be treated as sex objects in games. I'm saying nerds like boobs, and it isn't anything personal.
