It's not why [the game is online only] that matters. People know Blizzard puts out high quality games. People are familiar with previous games and know what to expect. It's also (from what I heard) a not very hardware demanding game. There's no mystery here. People who are going to buy the game are going to buy it and those who will pirate it, will pirate it. And the fact that it's online only, doesn't bother me at all. What is annoying is that you KNOW they're doing it to fight piracy, and aren't giving the buyer that feature that so far seems natural for a game [offline gaming - it's been around since forever]. There is a lot more to be discussed here but I guess that's just my two cents.
I think they are really moving this into the right direction, even though it might not be perfect or whatever it IS still closed beta, and I never enjoyed a F2P game as much as this one before. Complaining does it's share of good but I'd like to give them some credit :D
