Something I wanted to add:

Meruru is 15. The game lasts 5 years making her 20 by the end. If anything this is an accurate representation, albeit a fantasy rendering of, how the average modern day young adult dresses casually. The fact that you instantly label her a child based on the fact that she doesn't have Lara Croft-sized breasts, without even knowing this, is in itself a bigger insult to women everywhere than anything this game could have done or said.

And with that video game reviews are dead to me. Meruru is one of the best games I've played this year and you're going to blast it for not being filled with brown and bloom, bald space marines, and a copy/paste orchestrated Hollywood soundtrack?

You shouldn't have even bothered to review it, because you clearly don't get it.
