He had a launch Xbox 360 with notable signatures from the gaming community, like people from the Xbox 360 team staff and the Bungie staff. Well, his Xbox died and he had to send it in. He left a special note to give him back the same console. Well they gave him back the same console, but somebody took the time to clean all the signatures and artwork right off! I never got my xbox 360 back. Fedex said it was lost or stolen. I called xbox and they said I will be getting another xbox and the claim that xbox sent would go through in about a week. Well a week went by so I called again to make sure, and microsoft said that they are waiting for fedex to e-mail them back. I called again four days later,and waited one hour on hold to see if it went through and the guy said to contact fedex about it! We were not the ones who sent the replacement xbox 360. Microsoft did! I asked the guy to give me a manager. One hour later this lady came on and basically said we had to file a police report to pressure fedex! Again we had nothing to do with this! Well $400 out the window and it looks like i will have to buy a new one. Microsoft never backed us up. Just goes to show one person against a monopoly like Microsoft turns out. They don`t care. She could not even comment on how many calls about dead xbox`s they get.
This is weak. Fedex lost my replacement 360 console. They said it is lost or stolen. Now I have called up Microsoft again and they said they have to contact Fedex about it. Has anyone had this problem with Fedex? This is a Nightmare.
My replacement 360 came yesterday and we were not here to sign it. Today nobody came to drop it off but they said they tried to drop it off on there web site. Has this happened to anyone else? They never left a slip on my door either so I know they never came.
