I feel that my upbringing, including 5 years of daily theology classes in a Presbyterian school, does give me a fair bit to say on the subject. I'm just confused why you wanted to refute my "argument", when I haven't seen me making one that you are responding to. Also, this isn't a religion thread; not sure if you realized that.

I've stopped watching new shows on Fox; in my experience, it's just a matter of time before they put on a mildly interesting new show, go to commercial and when they come back from commercial, the show has been canceled and suddenly American Idol is on
