Well about 2 weeks ago my xbox died. I called customer service they said I just have to send my xbox in so I did but I sent it 5 days ago. When I go to check the repair status it says console hasn't been recived yet. My delivery company says they already delivered it on the website. Is it that xbox just hasn't updated the info or that UPS lost my package?

I have the same problem i got everything on allowed but it wont let me download M or T games demo's or vids I think i might change my email so i can download!!! IT sucks if there is away to download or fix it says my profile is not permitted to download content with this rating!!!!!

I can getthe 360but it is quite pricey or should I get a Wii cause it is lesscash or does any one know where to get a discount on the 360 or where its on sale????
