Well about 2 weeks ago my xbox died. I called customer service they said I just have to send my xbox in so I did but I sent it 5 days ago. When I go to check the repair status it says console hasn't been recived yet. My delivery company says they already delivered it on the website. Is it that xbox just hasn't updated the info or that UPS lost my package?
