If anything, it'll be on my PC. No point playing it on inferior hardware at inferior resolutions, screen ratios, framerates, graphics and with no modability, slower loading times, less control variety, no G-Sync, no 1ms pixel response and I'd have to pay just to play it online.

If I play it, it'll be on PC.
Why would I cripple my experience by playing on inferior, closed-system hardware
Most PCs are used for web browsing in Jim's living room or doing Windows Office tasks in Jane's office.
The fact the cloth physics are 30fps is really starting to bug me. It looks so bad.
Mhm, 60fps being totally superior is dependent on all the animations being 60fps.
Yet hermits in their infinite wisdom don't know that
I'm not sure what gave you the impression people didn't know that. If anyone's talking about over 30 FPS on PC versus console, they're not going to be wrong even if they mentioned everything but a cape that animates at 30 FPS.
Let's all demonstrate photorealism with tiny fucking console screenshots and even tinier .gifs. Can you remove the blur, grain and brownish-grey tonemap from The Order please so I can actually see what I'm mean to be judging?
RyviusARC is correct, TW3 looks much better on pc compared to the ps4 version, I've seen both, there are big differences in LOD distance, water and lighting/shadows.
That's the thing with these sorts of comparisons. They can never articulate just how much better the PC versions actually can look when you see them in person. Especially at 1440p or more and with 60 FPS or more. Gsync is amazing too.
In the days of PBR....That looks shit.
...very very very shiney shit.
PCs are too hard for my tiny attention span as well as my tiny bank balance. So I make up misconceptions and lie to myself and others to keep the jealousy at bay because it'll make me feel better. I usually try not to think too much about having to play everything on a console though or it'll make me sad again. :(
Consoles just work. Except for that one time my PS4 froze in the home screen and I had to hard reset it. Then it took ages to run a file check because it's so slow. Or the other times when games would crash. Or the other times when PSN was down and I couldn't play anything online. Those times made me sad too. I try to pretend those never happened either.
Console gamers can't handle real RPGs.
I'll maybe check it on PC if they decide to bring it.
I bought the first game and I barely played it. I thought it'd be different from other Japanese games but it was the same annoying dialogue I usually expect.
