Great game, PES is back to being the best !
PES 2010's graphics are amasing. the only bad thing is that players who are on the bench for example ramsey at arsenal, look farily average. and some key players still have the same face from 09 which makes them look poor e.g adebayor. but the best players and the main ones like messi, rooney, fabregas, ronaldo, etc... are so life like. i would have to say that rooney is the most realistic looking on the game. its just the fact that the players have shadows on there face which increases the realism to the game.
The game play is superior. the running was a let down for me in 09 so having 360 movement is key in this game. it allows you to build up a better attack and lets you make great runs down the wing with players. the passing is very good aswell. its very accurate but it can vary depending on the players you use. like i said, it is alot better to have a better build up with PES 2010. this is not just down to the running and passing because the AI is now working. i made runs down the wing on become a legend and players were attempting to get into the box unlike 09 where most players stood their ground. so all of this helps to make the game run so smooth.
Become a legend isnt much different but having 360 movment is a massive help for this mode. master league however has had a complete make over. its alot mroe in depth now with having a youth squad, paying for the fan club and also making the fan club better. its not just the fan clup you pay for, also the club doctor, scout, etc... this just adds even more to the realism in the game. now you have the champions league built into the master league which is really good and you sitll have a champions league mode you can play in which was in PES 09. i would have to say though that there is a massive difference in difficulty between regular (3/5) and profesinal (4/5) this makes master league quite annoying if you want to step it up a notch.
It really is a good game and i think most of the Fifa players are in denial because they know that Fifa 10 is very simialr to Fifa 09. Fifa is a good game but i would have to say that PES is just generally better because they gameplay is better. so remember that it isnt all about graphics, its gameplay ! i cant see alot of faults with the new PES apart from not having the license's, but like i just said, its all about gameplay. but having to do all the skills and tricks are very hard. but at the end of the day you dont need to know all of them if you are a great player. all you need is to see is the players to pass to and then to build up for a goal.
So overall its worth the money because you get a great footballing game with great gameplay and great graphics. i am going to give this a 9.5 out of a ten because its just a great footballing game.
