This game is super broken for new players. The matchmaking system being broke is all anyone talks about but except for Blizzard. The game itself, the characters etc are great and would be a really fun game if not for the matchmaking. If you are a new player expect to be thrown into matches against people with 200-600hrs of gametime and also top 500 players (meaning top 500 in US etc). It is not for lack of new players because you will get random ones the whole time you play that are around your level but it will be maybe one on each team and the rest just ridiculously high level players. It doesn't matter what you do, what mode you play on it is always super unbalanced.
****HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGAINST IT IF YOU ARE NEW TO THIS GAME****
