A few weeks ago, I discovered a little Freeware game called Alien Arena 2006. I thought it was the greatest freeware game ever. Nexuiz proved me wrong. Nexuiz is much better than AA, in many aspects. It doesn't lag, even though it is less pretty then AA, the weapons aren't cheap, each has a strength and weakness, and the A.I. is brilliant. Bots are now easy to add into a multiplayer match, like they should be, and you will have no trouble starting up a game to play right away. There is a good community for Nexuiz, and it is easy to tell why. Multiple skins, maps, game modes, and weapons are available, making it better than most other games on the shelves, and off. Nexuiz is one of my favorite games of all time, and it's free. My score reflects Nexuiz against todays games.
