If you make a game, for a console that is almost twelve years old, do you put every feature from the other consoles on it? Yes or no? Apparently not.
AND DON'T YOU DARE SAYING, THE CONSOLE CAN'T HANDLE THE FEATURES! Please, do not say that. Or I'll start with a two pages long, article explaining how it is possible.
Why does NBA 2k12 for the Ps2, blow?
1.) No my player mode.
Yes, they have the nerve not to release this feature for the Ps2 again.
2.) No Jordan Challenges.
Ditto.
3.) About three legends teams.
90-91 Lakers, 84-85 Celtics and the 97-98 Bulls. Fail, do they think we are retarded or something?
4.) Only Ricky Rubio.
Why do you put Ricky in, and not the other Rookies? Oh wait, they were so many you are just to lazy to put them all on the Roster.
You know a video-game company is terrible, when the PsP version beats the Ps2 version in terms of features.
Sorry, to say that but. Shame on 2K. You literally peed on the legacy of the Ps2, the console, that putted your butt on the map, the console that, without it, this game wouldn't even be existing. Thank you, for your effort. Oh wait, there was none.
Overall.
This game is a shame to video-game history, it shows the true colors of the game company's. I remember when the Ps1 was still selling games when the Ps2 was in its prime. I remember the Basket Ball games, and I enjoyed them still, knowing they did everything they could to make this game a enjoyment for the console. Sadly, this can't be said about 2K.
This game is a recycled game, with a different roster.
