BEARS DON'T KILL OTHER BEARS...PEOPLE DO...

User Rating: 2 | Naughty Bear PS3
Reviews about games like this should be brief at least. No need to spend either your time or your money.I shouldn't also have spent my time reviewing this crap(even though I did it).To start with,Naughty Bear's concept is quite unusual and its presentation is sth more than okay..also,gameplay is simply entertaining due to the fact that you can make other bears commit a suicide,a smart and hellish idea that I haven't seen in any game(that I have played)before....BUT,some
quite good ideas like this are held back by many technical issues.Naughty bear's main issue is that it's needlessly repetitive....I played Naughty Bear for 5-6 approximately and I found myself doing the same thing(killing other bears or making them to be killed in order to gain more points). Also, graphic design is not tolerant at all. Most of the times Naughty Bear is(or tends to be)annoyingly glitchy and buggy.Although the colour palette is just right, the whole environment seems to
lack of imagination and variety. And last but not least(unfortunately),this game is extremely violent and you feel like playing Manhunt/Fallout/GTA in a more childish(but not graceful version) version.I have no issues with extremely violent games(words from a Fallout games' fan) but, when a cartoon or an animated game such as NB contains a great deal of needless violence, is really pissing me off...ESRB and other companies who are responsible for rating systems must realise that this game shouldn't be played by a 12 years old person. It's not hard to understand that a murder sim still remains a murder sim even if it contains teddy bears(instead of humans). To sum up,NB could have been a lot better, but it's not. Many gamers(including myself) expected more than this terrible product of game developers' twisted psychosynthesis...
And I almost forgot....Fans of NB don't need to wait for a sequel...NB has already made his developers commit a team suicide...(2/10)
