A great tool to help you get in shape!!!

This game/ fitness tool is really awesome!!! I needed something with structure to help me regain my overall physical fitness and this has worked great for me. You establish goals (like weight loss, more flexibility, or whatever) and enter information about yourself (weight, height, age, biceps measurements, waist measurements, etc). The game comes up with a program of exercises, tailored to your needs, incorporating the tools you own (stepping bench, hand weights, or none at all). You can manually adjust the daily schedule (and how long you work out) and so on, based on your life's demands.

The on-screen woman shows you how to do each exercise and will adjust the difficulty, based on your feedback. It makes you work (isn't that the idea?), but like I said, you can tell her to tone it down, too. I've tried a lot of other stuff, like walking on the treadmill (which you can still do and get "workout credit for" as the game tracks your activities), but it has never helped me much. This is more of an OVERALL workout and, frankly, I find it kind of fun. I'm feeling much more fit, pumped up, limber, and it has helped me lose weight. :) If you're looking for something like this to help you get started, it's a great program. Try it, you won't regret it!
