My expectations of this game were signficantly lowered by a few annoying issues which I encounters before any play. The rosters are completely wrong. The team roster for this years team (07) can be found under the team which has the ranking you occupied in the the 06 game. Once you switch the rosters there is another problem. The rosters are from the 06 season. Schedules are also incorrect when you enter the first season on dynasty mode.

The gameplay is excellent and completely makes up for the roster mishap. The hitting is the same as last year with the analog system, but this year they added the rock and fire pitching. Gone are the days of simply pushing a button and watching the ball fly. Now there is a lot more timing and precision required. It gives you total control and is bar none the best pitching system in ANY baseball game to date.

Overall I was not impressed by what they added to give it a "college" feel. The crowd is a little more active, and the fight songs are nice, but a lot more needs to be there to complete the atmosphere.
