Disgrace to the Mortal Kombat series.

I found this game for $20 one day at Wal-Mart. Being a MK fan, I definitly picked it up. Although I never even heard of the game before. I placed it in the GBA, turned it on. The first thing I noticed was the music, which honestly wasn't that bad. It had the "Mortal Kombat" feel to it. I went to options and looked at what I could do. Difficulty, music settings, handicap, what you'd expect in a basic fighting game. Then I went to play the game. When I saw the character select thing, the first thing that came to my head was Mortal Kombat 3! MK3 has the most reincarnations: MKAdvance, UltimateMK3, and MKTrilogy was too much like MK3, with just characters and backgrounds from MK1/2. MKAdvance had basically the characters of UMK3, there may have a been a few missing, but nothing major. So then I chose Sub-Zero; my favorite character. My first opponent was Scorpion, and I was excited. But wam, bam, slam, 20 seconds later, I was laid out. Eh, nothing major I though, all MK games are hard. Round 2 statrted, in an even less time I was whipper, and then placed in a fatality. The insane difficulty ticked me off. The game was the complete opposite of fun. I had to force myself to beat it. I finally did, on very easy mode with me having a handicap. I later beat the game on regular easy mode settings. The attacks were very in-responsive...and I don't even know if that's a word! The game was truly broken. If your an MK fan and want a good MK game for GBA, get Deadly Alliance or Tournament Edition, now there good games.
