The game that changed my gaming world forever!

I still remember seeing this game for the first time when I was hanging at a friend's house at the ripe, young age of 13. Oh the golden days of Impressionability!!! From the very first cutscene to witnessing my friend meticulously take down guard after guard with such precision and stealth I was overcome with confusion and grandeur. How could a game create this much heart pounding excitement? How could a video game tell such an engrossing story? This was so much more than just pushing a bunch of buttons! In short, how could a game ever be this BAD A?!? haha. Regardless of any personal bias, I think this game single handedly changed the video gaming industry forever! I remember running home that very night and telling my parents that I absolutely needed this game for Christmas. The Christmas of 1998 was good to me! haha. Words just cant describe how amazing this game really is in my opinion. From the moment I started to the very last cutscene I was lost in this game! From the gameplay. to the dramatic cutscenes. to the filler Codec interchanges. This game was so enriching and so well paced it left nothing to be desired. If everyone says you keep using drugs to chase your first high then Metal Gear Solid is my Euphoria and I will keep chasing it until the day I retire from gaming. Thanks Hideo! You can never hear it enough!
