OK when I first played this game I was new to the series,but soon after I started playing it I was amazed.The cutsceans were like action movies with a sort of motion blure suspence theme to it.The gameplay was very improved from the origanal(I played a level of the game metal gear solid).Swiming was better as I seen it in metal gear solid.The action of the guns and the gameplay mecanichs like crouching,walking,runing,shooting,grabing someone I could go one forever.Simply perfect.I just wish you could crouch and walk at the same time though.The graphics were very impresive though I think there was some gliches( though they are mosty every game)and whats with that wierd explosive look?Overall very good.The sound was perfect all i have to say.Ok it was like..ugh,the best...the best.The roar of the metal gear,guns,rain everything about the sound was perfect .The campaine though was hard to understand like the storyline I mean it was very good but could get very confusing at many times.Playing as raiden was preety cool,but snake is king of the series.If you played the origanels your really going to like the inprovements.Very good game here.
