The MegaMan X collection was finally released and it's great to have all these titles in one spot. The X series has always been more fun for me than the original. The emulation for this set is flawless and even improves on the old cartridges by getting rid of the need for passwords with a seemless save option integrated right into the emulator. The games are exactly as you remember them with original graphics and sound fully intact. The gameplay is also still just as fast and furious and requires a real quick mind and a fast hand to pull of some of the amazing boss battles the series is known for. These games also feature a much better and more darker story than the original and it is a fresh change of pace. The X series is much easier to play than the original and so if you're new to the MegaMan series in general this set is a great place to start. Unfortuneatly this set is very low in the extras department. There are no interviews or cartoons. There is simply an art gallery were you can unlock pictures by playing the games. But the games are enough to entertain you for hours without any bonus features, enjoy.
