This game is a collection done right. It's not one of those real crappy ones made in a couple of seconds for a quick couple of bucks. Every Mega Man game here plays exactly like their originals. The games included are Mega Man, Mega Man 2, Mega Man 3, Mega Man 4, Mega Man 5, Mega Man 6, Mega Man 7, and Mega Man 8! It's a mega mania! There's also two bonus fighting arcade games not released in the U.S. that you can unlock called Mega Man: The Power Battle and Mega Man 2: The Power Fighters. That's ten games all in one! They're both great, just like the rest of the games. Mega Man Anniversary Collection was made because of, well, Mega Man's fifteenth anniversary. Like any other good compilation, it comes with tons of bonus content and features. Remixes, original artwork, a G4 interview that goes over the whole Mega Man series and how it came to be today, and a lot more! Newcomers to the series are also welcome because there are options to change every game's difficulty to 'easy' or 'normal', and change the starting lives to three or five.
Overall, this game is definitively worth picking up. Plus, it's real cheap today, it's only about ten dollars. If you are a die hard Mega Man fan like me, Mega Man Anniversary Collection will be like heaven to you.
