I did never have any sympathy for the WWII games before playing MOHAA. But now I have to admit that if they succeed in portraying the atmosphere of the historical scene, these games can be wonderful. From the beginning to an end, MOHAA is just one of those games that is impossible to leave unfinished. Though ones more for me, main reason of the addiction is the atmosphere of the game, especially in levels with full of snow, the game has its excellency in many respects. First, sense of being there really accompanies to the game experience. It partly comes from beautiful graphics and partly from memorable audios. Secondly, very detailed and creative level designs deserve particular appreciation. I can only criticize MOHAA with the outdated mode of intelligence in computer based characters, mainly Germans. This seems to be a kind of traditional attitude of WWII games that MOHAA shares as well. But it really reduces the difficulty and the sense of reality in some levels. To sum up, I strongly recommend this game to FPS lovers if there remained any who has not given any chance to it.
One last thing. I can not imagine anybody who can finish the game in the "hard" difficulty mode.
