Worthy successor of Payne series

User Rating: 9 | Max Payne 3 X360

It took a long time for the Rockstar to come up with the latest edition of the Payne series but the wait was worth it. The game has the similar characteristic as the earlier two editions but the game play is much better, which was obvious with the use of new technology. The game starts with similar feeling with Payne indulge into his own thoughts and drinking to forget the unfortunate past but he has a job in hand as a private bodyguard for the rich family. The trouble starts with the bad guys eying to get a share of rich family money and Payne has to interfere. The story unfolds many turns as it proceeds but I am not going to play a spoil sport and talk about those.

The new game play style is added on with better physics dynamics adds a more fun and challenging game play. He story background is also set in various different locations thus giving the player a dose of different game play styles and enemies.

The background sound is similar as earlier series and the enemies talk once they are in target zone thus that way game is similar to earlier versions but use of different locations adds on to challenge as it does not let you get comfortable with one specific game play style.

Overall a very fine game and must for Max Payne series fans.
