I bought this game primarily because I never bought the DC version and I enjoyed playing it at the arcades. I still think MvC2 is the best 2d fighting game there is. If you are into comic book characters then this game is a just for your collection, it's got most of the well known characters from the marvel and capcom universe. The gameplay action is frantic and well paced, it's not too hard to pick up and learn either. There is a huge amount of characters to unlock, 56, which leaves alot of replay ability. The graphics are suprisingly crisp and the animations are excellent for a game that is quite a few years old. Sound effects are very fitting and the music is kind of jazzy but I didn't find it annoying. So overall I think it's a solid game.
