This video game, is one of the last great masterpieces that came out for the revolutionary Wii video game system! After taking a five year break from playing "Party" games, this series came back to impress me once again, and it's bigger than ever! Unlike in previous games, where each character acted separately as they hit dice blocks and take turns; anywhere from two to four characters get to travel together in a vehicle, in order to collect mini-stars in this game, meaning strategy, skill, timing, and sometimes, a LOT of luck is required in order to become the superstar of each party board! While most of the mini-games featured in this outing are pretty good, nice, and funny pieces of entertainment, just like a good number of OTHER "Mario Party" games, there are some c***shoot games that either rely solely on luck, or you have to play with the Wii remote in such a way, that only a skilled ACROBAT could hope to win THOSE mini-games! Thankfully, collecting mini-stars serves a real purpose in this game, as each mini-star you collect gets converted into party points, and you can use those party points to purchase star constellations, alternate stage vehicles, or an unlock-able level featuring Diddy and Donkey Kong! So needless to say, this is a VERY interesting video game to play by yourself, or with up to three other friends. I recommend trying it for yourself if you haven't already!
