This is an exceptionnal party game, almost flawless.
Its minigames are easily the best in the series along with the minigames in Mario Party DS.
The very few flaws this game has are the following:
The music is lame, it's good way to make a game boring. Mario Party DS had a better ost.
Playing more than 20 turns is becoming boring, the thing is this game uses the same scheme as Sonic shuffle in dual mode, you have to collect a certain amount of power stars to win, it is turnless.
A few minigames are recycled/uncreative, but I repeat only A FEW.
Even though this game is not perfect I still don't understand why it gets such low scores. Anyways I'm giving this game a 9/10, it is a fair rating.
