mama-mia! this is the worst mario kart ever, but its good
GAMEPLAY
You race as mario characters, like every mario kart. but there are so many things that horribelize (if thats a word) this game. the fact that when u get way ahead, ur opponents catch up to u quite quickly really annoys me. theres also the way u spin out (SPIN OUT!) when u hit somone heavier than u. o, also red shells suck in this one.
GRAPHICS
Just to tell u, the characters rnt 3D like it may seem. Theyre actually just really detailed sprites. this becomes apparent when u win a cup. why not make it 3D? we'll never know...
SOUND
It actually has really good music, just one thing brought its score down in this area: toad's voice! he isnt a toadette, so why is he so girly sounding. but i guess u can ignore it with the volume down or being far away from toad in races.
VALUE
I picked up myself a copy at my local flea market for 20 big ones. and itll keep u busy for quite a while, especially in the multiplayer aspect.

Its a pretty good game...
BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO MARIO KART DS PLAYERS UNLESS YOUR A FAN OF MARIOKART ALLTOGETHER BECAUSE ULL SERIOUSLY BE FRUSTRATED! just a warning
