Major improvements make this my highest madden rating in awhile, but same ole issues hinder it from being great.

User Rating: 8 | Madden NFL 12 PS3
I get Madden every year on release date. Even though I know I'm buying a rehashed, repackaged, mediocre game. What can I say, I love football and the lack of another title makes Madden a must by for me. I play online, franchise, and ultimate team. Online remains the same, as well as Ultimate team. Franchise mode does have some new noteworthy features. Free agency is a fun lil bidding war and expanded rosters make you play pre-season games. But, by year 5, you'll be burnt out. Now to gameplay. We all know madden has some of the most frustrating lil bugs in gaming. Lb's sliding acroos the field, wr's making catches that are more NFL street than the real, and the infamous sucking zone of the linemen. Some of these have been fixed, while others still exist. The fact that they fixed ANY of those is an improvement, but why not fix them all? The visuals of the game contain great lighting and camera work, but player models haven't changed in years. The worst part of this game is the audio. The commentators literally say 5 things and are so delayed it's laughable. Overall, minor and major tweeks make this the best Madden since 05, but still needs a major overhaul.
